Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today?s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk, and classics. Our instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale. Jazzercise Circuit Training Featuring a proven combination of aerobic exercise and strength training with weights, resistance tubes, and balls, this Jazzercise workout covers all the fitness bases as you cross train your way to a fit and fabulous look. Jazzercise Personal Touch Kick your workout up a notch! These small group weight training and body sculpting sessions are designed to improve strength and tone muscles. The personalized approach encourages exercise consistency and the attainment of fitness goals. Special attention to movement technique will help you get the most from all your Jazzercise workouts. Other Formats Jazzercise also offers Express, your 30-minute workout that includes cardio and strength routines for those short on time. Junior Jazzercise, teaching kids the benefits of eating healthy and getting into the habit of exercise at an early age. Body Sculpting?tight abs, toned arms, legs and core are the focus of this strength training only class using tubes, hand held weights and leg weights. New classes may be added anytime?check the schedule often! Additional Information Classes are ongoing, year-round and you?re welcome to join at anytime. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class to fill out the necessary paperwork. Hand-held weights and mats are optional and a few extra sets are available in class. Comfortable clothing and good workout shoes are a must, as well as a bottle of water and hand towel ? you will work up a sweat! Each Jazzercise class is designed to fit everyone?s fitness level, whether its low-impact with high-intensity or high-impact with high-intensity. Instructors demonstrate all variations; you pick what works best for you! Jazzercise may be one of the only things you do for yourself. We?ll show you how to get a powerfully fun and effective workout that makes you look good on the outside and feel good on the inside!
